Bodysuit
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A bodysuit, or body, is a leotard-like garment that also has snaps at the crotch. It is usually skintight or formfitting and can have sleeves of any length or be made like a tank top. Bodysuits are for both females and males.
A bodysuit may be worn as a top for the smooth line it gives or because it cannot become untucked from one's trousers or skirt. Bodysuits can also be undergarments that provide shaping support.
Donna Karan helped make the bodysuit a defining item of eighties fashion. [1]
When made for small children, the bodysuit is also called a snapsuit or a onesie.
