If Wieniawa-Dlugoszowski was "blackballed by the French," why is he listed as the President of the Government in exile?
Valentinejoe The pre war constitution of Poland allowed for the president to name his successor in time of war. This Mosicki did and Wieniawa received the nomination, but it was withdrawn because of French pressure. Gervase Vernon
