Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden is a Coro Coro Comic series by Koichi Mikata, based on Bomberman and B-Daman. The animated television series is broadcast on Nagoya TV.

[edit] Story

1000 years ago, the beautiful B-da City was attacked by the Dark B-da in their quest to control the entire Blue Solar System. The heroic B-Daman, drawing on their legendary power and ingenious technology, were able to restore peace to the universe. But, it is only a matter of time before evil forces strike again…Our hero, SHIRO BOM with his friends continue to patrol the Kingdom, fight against Dark B-da, always alert to danger, always ready for fun.

The setting is similar to Bakugaiden III toy, but with slight changes.

The episode generally revolves around the 5 main characters. White, Blue, Red, and Yellow "Bombers", each get better, newer, and stronger machines or battle suits as the series progress. Each battle is either with a henchman, or one of the 4 great bosses. Each one of them has a unique quirk. This is generally part of how the team beats them. With each Battle Suit, a new villain arrives, defeats them, forcing them to adjust their personality, or get a stronger weapon.

[edit] Battle Suits

White Bomber was the first one to get his Battle Suit. It was capable of Flight, thus making it the most mobile and useful. He first got it accidentally when he met Professor.

Blue Bomber obtained the Accuracy Shooter. It was a tad weaker, land only, but had a sniper system. He first used it to save White Bomber while delivering Pizza to buy him a scooter.

Red Bomber got hers, shortly after Blue's. Hers has double shooting feature, and was first assumed as Yellow Bomber's machine. It was the least used, but it was strong.

Yellow Bomber's suit was based on similar designs to Red's. So basically they're twins. Because it was a later model, it took more time to develop, making it the last one to surface. But this led to Yellow getting upset, and falling under a spell of a minion. He then operated an enemy suit, and was cured eventually. But in the end, he got his own. It has the strongest attack power, but has the weakest defense and armor.

Second Set

The first set were all destroyed because of a train crash, intended by a minion of the 2nd lord. So Professor Grey set out to design better suits. All but Red Bomber got their own new ones. These could fly, had better accuracy, and speed. Even Black Bomber got a new vehicle.

Third Set

The second set were eventually upgraded to these models. They could fuse and create the ultimate fighting machine. But when Black Bomber joined, it formed the Dragon Model, an even stronger one. These were designed by Professor Grey's mentor, and Black Bomber's grandfather.

[edit] Villains

Evil Overlod- The lord of everything evil. He kidnapped Black bomber's younger brother at a young age and filled him with dark energy to make him Prince of Darkness. He is a giant eye, some might say a Lord of the Rings Ripoff.

Prince of Darkness- Black Bomber's brother, Teal Bomber. At a young Age, Brown Bomber snuck into Proffesser Sage's lab in the desert in search for secret plans and designs. Teal Bomber saw him, but was kidnapped.

Professor Brown- Prof. Grey's peer, and Sage's student. He was jealous of Grey's superiority *or so he says* and joined the darkness. He creates Battle Suits, using knowledge from Sage's lessons, and eventually becomes a key role in the darkness.

Lackey Bomber- A Cheap, minion of darkness, provides comic relief, and always says he's good, but isn't. He does SOME key things, but isn't that important.

Minions- Each overlord has their own minions. Whether they be expert spies, assassins, recons, they all try to defeat the Bomber Heroes. Usually, they get beaten half to death before they get their battle suits, but they get gagged unintentionally by the heroes.

Lord 1- He has EGO problems, and enjoys having minions make him long and honoring titles. Usually, Lacky Bomber makes one with numerous "supers", "ultras", and "oh greats." Defeated at the hands of a new White Bomber Suit, upgraded and Yellow Bomber's help.

Lord 2- A strong one, but he has 1 flaw. His Suits use up enormous amounts of energy. A battle usually ends with him running out of energy, but he seems to always have the upper hand. his end was when the overlord had enough of his incompetence, and jailed him. his last battle was a loss, by destroying the power cable.

Lord 3- A female villain, who went incognito, as a pretty women. Professor Grey fell head over heels for her. She had an issue with people mispronouncing her name. She posed as a Amnesia bearing teacher. In the end, she loses to a upgraded team of White, Blue, yellow, and Black Bomber. Grey never learns who she really is.

Lord 4- He was jailed for rebelling against the lord himself. Craving for battles, he only spares heroes unless they give him a good fight. His quote is that "Your not strong enough to be worthy of me killing you". In the end, the characters never beat him, but injure him enough, so that he retreats, but comes back stronger. He nearly kills them, admitting them as strong, but leaves to fight the Evil Lord.

Shirobon (White Bomber/Bomberman): Leader of the good Bombers. He is determined but a bit childish.
Akabon (Red Bomber): The only girl of the Bomber team. She has been in love with Kuro Bom since he saved her life.
Aobon (Blue Bomber): A mechanical genius, but shy around girls. He has a crush on Akabon.
Kiirobon (Yellow Bomber): A greedy Bomber who dreams of being rich and meeting lots of pretty girls. He's jealous of Kurobon.
Midoribon (Green Bomber)
Mizuirobon (Light Blue Bomber)
Konbon
Professor Gray Bon: Grandfather of Aobon, and inventor of the robots that the good Bombers pilot.
Orangebon

Kurobon (Black Bomber): He is a Proto Man or sixth Ranger type character, who shows up to help the heroes and disappears when his help is no longer needed.

Goldenbon/Darkbon: Shirobon's father, possessed by evil.
