The image linked here is claimed to be used under fair use as:
- the photo is only being used for informational purposes, in an article about the subject of the photo
- a free replacement would be very difficult to obtain, as it is a concept car (never publicly sold) from 2001 and will not be exhibited in future.
- it shows the car's designer, and also shows the interior, while the second fair use image shows the exterior.
