Brían F. O'Byrne

Brían F. O'Byrne (sometimes billed as Brian F. O'Byrne or Brian O'Byrne) is an acclaimed theatre and film actor. Originally from Ireland, he now works mostly in the United States.
O'Byrne first attracted notice for his performances in the Martin McDonagh plays The Beauty Queen of Leenane and The Lonesome West. He is known for taking on serious and dramatic roles, such as a child-murderer in Frozen (for which he won a Tony Award) and an alleged pedophile priest in Doubt. O'Byrne also appeared as a priest in the film Million Dollar Baby.
As of November 2006, O'Byrne is playing the lead role of Alexander Herzen in Tom Stoppard's trilogy The Coast of Utopia.
