Brandy Harrington is a fictional character from the Disney show Brandy and Mr. Whiskers. She is best known as the spoiled child of the Florida Harringtons. Her normal wear is a pink baby-tee and red pants with purple platform sandals. She is a dog and always thought she was a pedigree but it turns out she was a mixed breed. When she found out, she began acting like a "mutt" by licking herself, eating out of a bowl, and scratching herself while people are around. Brandy likes to be good at everything and gets really jealous when other people are better than her at something. On the season 2 episode of Brandy and Mr. Whiskers,"Bad Brandy", when Mr. Whiskers was better at leaf boarding than Brandy, she tried really hard to be better than him. After finally realizing that she wasn't she hired Gaspar, to help her. She went to desperate measures to be better than Mr. Whiskers.
She is smart, really cute and full of herself. Her character is modeled after Paris Hilton, from the Simple Life series in appearance and with stereotypical condescending attitudes of opulent people. While on her way to a five-star spa, a mishap with Mr. Whiskers caused the two of them to fall straight into the Amazon Rainforest, due to a door blowout on the aircraft. Brandy prefers to make the most out of any situation and she attempts to improve her own standing by mistreating and abusing the kindness of her friends, though she does care for her friends at times. However, she is always on the lookout for escape opportunities and she wants nothing more than to be able to get back home to her family in Florida. Strangely in the some episodes like "Rip Van Whiskers", Brandy is more more nice, less mean, and more calm, but in other episodes she was extremely mean and cranky and less kind, it was unknown why brandy would go from nice to mean through out episodes, although one theory could be if you watch watch Mr. Whiskers and how crazy he is you can see that he gets more crazy in every episode so that could explain why Brandy gets slightly meaner.

- When Brandy is looking at her family tree, she points to 'Dr Nigel Harrington, who seems to be above her, implying that he is her adopted father.
- Her character is lightly based on Paris Hilton.
- Brandy is quite similar to Alice from Alice in Wonderland as both fall into a strange world because of a white rabbit, both argue and answer back to the strange creatures they meet and both their adventures are somewhat of bildungromans.
- In the Japanese dub, she is voiced by Maaya Sakamoto.
- The first time Brandy is nice to Mr. Whiskers and not angry on any instance was in the episode (and ironically, the series finale) Rip Van Whiskers. This episode marks the only time she ever kisses him due to a dying request. The cancelation of the series makes it impossible to determine further what her real feelings are for him.
- If Brandy is 15 in dog years, she would be 105 years old. Meaning she is probably about 4 human years old.
- The show was cancelled before Brandy could ever make it back home.
- Brandy is actually quite popular among the furry community.
