Brian Phelps (born 21 April 1944) is a British former diver.

He competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome at the age of 16, where he took bronze in the 10 metre platform event. He was also Commonwealth gold medallist in the 1962 and 1966 games.

Brian then went on to found the OLGA trampoline club along with his wife Monica. The club, based in south england has generated many international performers since its opening. These include current coach Nigel Rendell, who's son, luke Rendell is a current international performer. Tom and Hannah lewis, both of whom have won major titles, hannahs being the 2003 european championships with toms 2005 world age championship win. Brian Camp, one of Phelps' main prodigys performs regularly with the worlds best. the newest addition to the club, clarie wright is arguably the best female international performer britain has ever seen. other OLGA performers include danielle pietruszka and katy ianson.

brian is now retired and is living with his wife monica in northen france.

He has since commentated on diving for the Eurosport television channel.
