Anyone interested in this subject, I think the article needs more technical info on particular model numbers. I ended up here because I have an engine model number to identify, and the Briggs website is frankly unhelpful at letting me guesss what the illegible model number actually reads. Did I miss something? I'm looking for help with some problems. Not history or some company blowing it's own horn. How about some trouble shooting, or Q&A? Or would that be dry reading? Robert Riddiford
