Hi there. I reverted your move because of the subtle shift it introduces into the topic. Ethnic Chinese is generally used to mean Chinese-descended people, and excludes recent immigrants still holding Chinese nationality (which most Chinese in Spain are). Hello, regarding Image:Nipo-brasileiro.jpg, this image cannot be public domain. It is a derived work of four other photographs. As such, I have marked the image with these licenses: {{cc-by-2.5}} {{AgenciaBrasil}}, as that is what three of the four source photographs have used. However, for the Dan Nakagawa photograph (listed as Image:Dan-Nakagawa.jpg), I don't know where that one has come from. Can you provide a source? --ChrisRuvolo (t) 14:31, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

The Nakagawa photo appears to come from here: [1] [2]. Unless you can provide different information, this looks like a copyright violation. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 14:40, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

Hello, regarding Dan Nakagawa, I had retrieved the image from Wikipedia itself and assumed (incorrectly) there was no copyright violation when I compiled the gallery from the existing pictures. None of the images were uploaded by myself. The image had since been deleted. Also regarding the Eiffel Tower, it was a good faith mistake, it was an old file on the hard drive and was unaware it was available on the internet. Spanish is my first language, so sometimes I don't understand 100% the difference between the licenses. Thanks. Cäelevar 03:44, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

I looked at your other uploads, and saw the Red Eiffel Tower photos. These are a copyright violation of the AFP photo shown here: http://www.fofg.org/news/news_story.php?doc_id=713 . The following notices are for the three instances of that photo uploaded. I note that you claimed {{PD-self}} on these photos, this is not appropriate. Please only use PD-self for photos you have taken yourself. Also, regarding Image:Black-Hair.jpg, is this really PD-self? --ChrisRuvolo (t) 14:55, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
