C.Y. Lee (born 1938 in Guangdong, People's Republic of China) is a Chinese architect based in Taiwan, Republic of China. He received his bachelor's degree from National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan) and his master's degree from Princeton University (U.S.A.). He directed the design of Taipei 101, the world's tallest, fully-inhabited skyscraper, as of 2005.
