The Executive Producer was Robert L Malloy, Producer was Peggy Stelmac, Directors were Scott McLellan and later Cynthia M Greisser, Videography was by Tom Lenus and later Gudrun Olufstdottir. Post production: TV-10 Productions. Most recently Ken Wilkinson revisited his love of chocolate and was invited to spend a week with Valhrona Chocolate in Provence France. In mid to late 2006 Wilkinson will start a chocolate store in Texas.
