This lasting legacy of the forced collectivization of agriculture and the abolition of private property has made it necessary to return land to the peasants and allow them to raise crops and livestock for private profit. The expansion of private agriculture is intended to pave the way for the introduction of new farming techniques and mechanization.

[edit] Speedy deletion of talk page
It doesn't appear to meet the criteria for speedy deletion - I'd be inclined to just blank it on the grounds that it's not English even if that does leave a blue link. However, I'll get a second opinion as I only became an admin today :-) —Whouk (talk) 20:50, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
