Café con leche

Café con leche (from Spanish, literally "coffee with milk".) Analogous to the French café au lait or the Italian caffè e latte, café con leche is a Spanish coffee beverage consisting of scalded milk and coffee in a 1:1 ratio, often served with cinnamon and sugar.
