Calvin Lewellyn Rampton, {born November 6, 1913}, was the Democratic governor of the state of Utah from 1965 to 1977.
The Calvin L. Rampton Complex which houses the Utah Department of Transport and the Utah Department of Public Safety is named after him. He was the first Utah governor to serve three terms.
