"Can You Help Me?" was a successful single for R&B singer/actor Eric West in Latin America in 2002. It was his first single in over 6 years. In 2002 it was sent to be played on British radio, but reached number 134 on the radio chart[citation needed], and the single was never released there.
At the end of 2002 it became the number 19 most successful Untapped Resources International Top 200 single of 2002. [1]
