Canadian Affair is the trading name of a privately owned company called The Airline Seat Company Limited – a tour operator offering flights and package holidays between the UK and Canada.
On 14 July 2006, the Canadian tour operator and airline Air Transat announced that it had signed an agreement to acquire The Airline Seat Company for £20.4 million (approximately C$42.8 million).
