Capputeano

A capputeano is a variant on the traditional cup of tea, commonly prepared with brown sugar, milk, and two bags rather than one bag of black tea. Research seems to indicate that there are two quite different recipes^{[citation needed]}, with one from the east Midlands of England and another from America.
