Due to the release of a song named "En La Ciudad" that appeared in a live TV concert sung by La Ley, a complete album was expected. Due to the fact that fans were expecting one album to buy the song, PolyGram decided to release "Cara de Dios" which remains to this date, a fan searched album, just as "Desiertos", "Doble Opuesto", and "La Ley." The song release only two singles, to which no video was ever produced. The album contains the first hit "En La Ciudad", a Maxi single of both Desiertos (as a remix) and "A Veces" and the slow motion song, Rythm Valentine. Due to the album popularity, the band released the second single of the album "Desiertos (Mix)" being the third time this song has been released as single.
