Carl-Albert "Flisa" Andersen (August 15, 1876 - September 28, 1951) was an Norwegian pole vaulter who competed in the late 19th century and early 20th century. He participated in Athletics at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris and won the bronze medal in the men's pole vault. Meredith Colket won silver. Andersen also finished fourth in high jump.
