Carla Sinclair (born August 15, 1964) is a writer whose credits include co-editing bOING bOING magazine and contributions to Wired magazine.

Sinclair is former co-editor of bOING bOING, aka "The World's Greatest Neurozine," and was editor of the book Net Chick. She also was author of the cyberculture thriller Signal to Noise. She's been married for several years to Wired associate editor and writer Mark Frauenfelder. She is editor-in-chief of Craft magazine, published by O'Reilly Media.
Sinclair used the South Park/Bay Area/Wired milieu as background for Signal to Noise.
