Carlos M. Collazo

Carlos Miguel Collazo born in Habana, Cuba, is an American global technology entrepreneur, technology innovator and past intelligence analysis advisor to the U.S. administrations of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush.
A proponent of applying pattern recognition to the combined disciplines of intelligence analysis, business intelligence and systems intelligence; Collazo created and launched the progenitor of the United Nations Harmonized Code in 1980 which has since been developed by the World Customs Organization Harmonized System in use by almost 200 countries and about 98% of world trade.
In 1982 Collazo founded the Marsys Group of international technology and services companies via its flagship company Mariner Systems (Marsys). Marsys and the Marsys Group have since grown to a global scope comprising of 22 countries and thousands of IT professionals by applying the technology innovations and services that Collazo created in the fields of artificial intelligence and optimization.
