Carlos Alberto Pavón Plummer (born October 9, 1973 in Tegucigalpa) is a Honduran football player, who currently plays striker for Real España of Honduras.
Pavon began his career at the age of 18 in his native Honduras with Real España on May 30, 1992 against Platense in the 1992 Honduran Cup, the final score was 1-1. While with Real España, Pavón won two Honduran league championships, as well as leading the league in scoring.
Pavón played for Morelia in the Primera División de México, winning the 2000 Clausura with the club. Pavón has also played in Mexico for Toluca, San Luis Potosí, Correcaminos, Necaxa,Cruz Azul, and Celaya, where he led the Mexican econd Division in scoring.
He has played in Italy for both Udinese and Napoli from 2001-2003 and in Spain's first division with Real Valladolid (1995).
Pavón was also a vital player for the Honduras national team, and is the team's all-time leader in goals scored with 40.
Pavón also tried his luck on the music scene, but without major success.
