This image is of a baseball card, and the copyright for it is most likely owned either by the company which produced the card. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of baseball cards

   * to illustrate an article discussing the baseball card's subject in question 

qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Other use of this image may be copyright infringement.
