This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | unblock | contribs) asked to be unblocked, but an administrator or other user has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators or users can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). This unblock request continues to be visible. Do not replace this message with another unblock request nor add another unblock request.
Request reason: "I have no idea what is going on here, I've tried to explain on other boards but no one seems to be replying or explaining properly. I researched the edit history and it is fairly obvious that someone in my Halls of Residence has used my account; is there no way of banning them without banning me? Thanks, Carlos"
Decline reason: "Awaiting authentication email. -- Netsnipe ► 21:37, 6 October 2006 (UTC)"

- Actually, if you are indeed a university student as claimed at User_talk:82.46.157.9, I request that you email unblock-en-l@mail.wikimedia.org from your university-based email address. If we can't authenticate your identity, then we sure as hell ain't unblocking you. -- Netsnipe ► 19:36, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
