I'm confused about how this image fits the fair use criterion above. Suggest removal is indicated. Espresso Addict 12:51, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
- When you live 300 miles away it's a bit difficult to reproduce!. Please give me a few days breathing space as I've contacted the site owner to see if he's OK with this. The site clearly says the images can be used as e-postcards so I guess he's not over protective but I've asked him to edit the image to say it's OK. Sophia 15:45, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
- Sure! I also have a few pictures of the stream which I could upload if there's any problem. Espresso Addict 16:02, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

- Feel free to add or replace - it's a beautiful place but I haven't been there for 2 years - was hoping to this summer but ran out of time. The article was a "red link" when I started it and I'm hoping those with more local knowledge will add. Sophia 16:17, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
- I've uploaded one of my images to Peakshole Water -- it's a bit less picturesque than the existing one, I'm afraid, but doesn't have the copyright issue! See what you think. I'll leave the other for now in case you can get permission for it. Cheers. Espresso Addict 16:39, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

- It's great - it's nice to see the water by different seasons and light levels - thanks. I'll report back when I've heard from the other picture owner. If I hear nothing for a week I'll self nominate for deletion as I'll admit I'm not a copyright expert and I'd rather play it safe. Sophia 20:14, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
