The Cathédrale St-Julien is situated in Le Mans, France. It is dedicated to St Julian of Le Mans, who is honored as the city's first bishop. The visitor is struck by the contrast between the Romanesque nave and the Flamboyant Gothic choir which puts it among France's leading religious monuments. Every Sunday morning, there is a traditional market outside the cathedral
