The position of Catholic Archbishop of Perth is currently held by the Most Reverend, Barry Hickey.

- John Brady - Bishop of Perth from 1845 to 1871
- Joseph Mary Benedict Serra OSB - Coadjutor Bishop and Temporal Administrator of Perth 1849 to 1851, Apostolic Administrator from 1851 to 1862
- Rosendo Salvado was appointed Coadjutor Bishop of Perth for three years from 1853[1] while Bishop Serra was absent in Europe[2][3]
- Martin Griver - Bishop of Perth from 1873 to 1886
- Matthew Gibney - Bishop of Perth from 1887 to 1910
- Patrick Joseph Clune CSsR - Bishop of Perth from 1911 to 1913; Metropolitan and first Archbishop of Perth from 1913 to 1935
