[edit] Real nowaday examples
Shouldn't we try to find a contemporary text and change it accordingly for each dialect? I'm not sure abour other dialects, but being from the City of Valencia (here Central Valencian), I would never use the language the way it is exemplified here (it would actually be more similar to the one exposed as Central Catalan.
