- Cayuga is also the name of a Census Designated Place in Oklahoma.
Cayuga is a small rural community located in Delaware County, Oklahoma. It was established on Elk River in the old Seneca Reserve in Indian Territory. The Cayuga Post Office existed from June 11, 1884, until April 30, 1905.
