Talk:Ceauşescu family
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] POV, Attribution
large part of this article is anti-ceausescu propaganda... it claims things that can't be objectively proven .. like "An alcoholic who beat his wife and children"," his drunken father declared his name as Nicolae at town hall, despite having another son by that name.", "eventually becoming section chief at that factory due to her family connections" or "Due to her famous brother, she rapidly advanced in her career, "
- It might help to have specific citation and possibly even direct quotation on the most controversial passages; certainly the abovementioned all deserve specific attribution. If there are respectable sources that present matters differently, they too should be cited for their views of the matter.
- For what it is worth, the (U.S.) Library of Congress Country Study on Romania (based on July 1989 data) refers to Ceauşescu's regime as "dynastic socialism". - Jmabel | Talk 20:16, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
