Celestis (Stargate)

In the science fiction series Stargate SG-1, Celestis is the Ori capital or 'City of the Gods'. It is normally impossible for anyone to travel there, and, in one case, the traveler was there in mind but not in body. It is also where the Priors are created, and where the Doci, the one who intercedes to and speaks the will of the Ori, resides. In the opening episode of Season Nine, Vala Mal Doran and Daniel Jackson travelled to Celestis, with the aid of a Prior, alerting the Ori to life in our galaxy.
If Celestis is an actual planet, it may be the planet that the Alterans and the Ori evolved on.
