Chōraku-ji

Chōraku-ji (長楽寺 chōraku-ji?) is a Buddhist temple in Shimoda, Japan. The Treaty of Shimoda, which established official relations between Japan and Russia, was negotiated at the temple, and signed there on 7 February 1855.
