When former supervisor Evžen Huml in the disability pension returns from the spa to his small flat living with the rest of his family in the small room behind the bathroom, he decides to move out from Prague to the silent country-side. He buys a cottage in the village Třešňová but there is one problem, there is still one outgoing tentant, Bohouš Císař a pensioned too, who doesn't want to leave. Their adventures begin.
