Champions of Hell a comic book series published by Hunter Thompson Unlimited from British Columbia, Canada. The writer is Ira Hunter and the artist is Robin Thompson. The comic is an independent publication and has been running since 1998. The comic is an underground cult hit.
[edit] Setting
The year is 2013 and the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse wreak havoc upon humanity. Sam Hain, resident cremator of The Charred Remains Crematorium, disposes of the Apocalyptic victims of Armageddon. Tormenting visions of the depths of Hell send Sam running to a nearby beach. There he discovers an ancient sword... The sword of Satan. As he grips the infamous weapon he bears witness to a terrible vision... the epic battle between Heaven and Hell!
