Chase Budinger (born May 22, 1988 in Encinitas, California), is a college basketball player for the Arizona Wildcats.

Chase was a standout basketball and volleyball player at Carlsbad La Costa Canyon High School.

Chase chose to sign with Arizona, although he also received offers from many other schools, including USC and UCLA. Chase averaged 15.6 pts in his freshman regular season, starting all 30 games for the Wildcats. At the conclusion of the regular season he announced that he still plans to stay with Arizona for his sophomore season, despite speculation that he could be picked early in the NBA draft.
