Cheyenne East High School is a public secondary institution (grades 9-12) located in Cheyenne, Wyoming and serves Laramie County School District #1. The current principal is Sam Mirich.

Sam Mirich is the primary and head Principal. Greg Tucker (Echoes Office), Fawn Bartlett (Horizon Office), and Thomas Kreider (Spirit Office) are assistant principals.

In addition to the AP programs found at East, they also are home to an International Bacclaurate program. This program is ran by Brian Madland, with help from Dr. Ernie Duran. This program is unique because they bring 9th graders into the high school, the only high school in Cheyenne to currently do so. The program preps Freshman and Sopohomores for the actual program once in 11th grade.
