[edit] Summary
This is an image of my body, made as part of my treatment for Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma and supplied to me by my doctor on CD as part of a complete CT scan set. If anyone owns it, I do. :-)
It was taken on the 10th of October 2005 at the Royal Brompton Hospital in South Kensington, London. The section is taken from near the top of the chest; my shoulderblades are visible at the bottom of the picture. The "free-floating" nodule in the left lung (on the right of the picture) is the largest of my seven known metastases.
This is a clearer scan than Image:Chest_CT_scan_with_lung_metastatis.png, because it was taken on a dedicated CT scanner rather than a PET-CT scanner.
