Susan's mom, Sophie Bremmer comes to visit Susan when her boyfriend Morty allegedly abused her. Susan fears that if she does not bring the two back together, Susan will be living with her mom--forever. When she visits Morty, he tells her that Sophie made the first shot and that is why he threw a book at her. When Susan tells Morty to reconcile with her, their meeting turns into a violent one. When Bree watches Lynette's children, she demonstrates her method of discipline when one of the twins misbehave. Lynette takes the news bad since she never hits her kids. When it comes time for Lynette to punish them once more she uses Bree as a threat which gets them to behave. Bree and Rex visit Andrew at Camp Hennessy where Andrew refuses to talk to Bree. Bree marches in the room just as Andrew announces to his dad that he might be gay. Carlos tells Gabrielle that he wants a baby once more. Gabrielle says that she does not want one, but what she doesn't know is that Carlos has been tampering with her birth control for months. A week later, Gabrielle will be pregnant. Soon after, Gabrielle and Carlos are visited by the chairman of the hospital where Mama Solis' stayed while in her coma. Carlos is surprised when Gabrielle accepted money which was for their negligence of Mama's case. And Felicia tells Zach a little secret about his past.

Susan: Why are you smiling?
Mike: I used to have all these questions about how you got to be the way you are. They were all just answered.
Lynette: (asking Bree to babysit her kids during a bad time for Bree) I get a chance to rejoin the human race for a few hours. There are actual adults waiting for me with margaritas. Look, I'm in a dress and I have make-up on.
Bree: If only it were any other day but today.
Lynette: Oh for God's sake Bree, I'm wearing pantyhose.

Gabrielle: What's that?
Carlos: It's called a post-nuptual agreement. It's a legal document that...
Gabrielle: No, I know what a post-nup is. What is it doing on my coffee table?
Carlos: Well, I can forgive that stunt you pulled with the settlement check...if I'm sure that you're really going to be around when I get out of jail.
Gabrielle: And the post-nup changes the terms of the pre-nup. So...
Carlos: So if you try to divorce me while I'm gone, you get nothing.
Gabrielle: You don't trust me?
Carlos: I'm afraid not.
