The China Democratic National Construction Association (Simplified Chinese: 中国民主建国会; Traditional Chinese: 中國民主建國會; pinyin: Zhōngguó Mínzhǔ Jiànguó Huì) is one of the eight legally-recognised political parties in the People's Republic of China that follow the direction of the Communist Party of China and are member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

CDNCA was founded in Chongqing in 1945. Party members are mainly entrepreneurs from the manufacturing, financial or commercial industries, in both private and state sectors. The chair man of CDNCA is Cheng Siwei (成思危), Vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
