Fair Use: (for Murray Gleeson - This is the official Australian Government image of Gleeson CJ. It is almost impossible to get a photo of the judge outside the official photo provided by the Government (this one) as you can't take photos in court and there are no alternative images available that are free. Politicians' photos (in the other branch of government) are available for publicity purposes under fair use - I think High Court judges at least would be available for fair use too. This picture adds a lot to the article and is of low resolution.
