Fair Use: This was the official Australian Government image of Brennan CJ. The image shows the judge working in his office. As he is no longer in public life, or working as a judge, this image is now unobtainable, and is thus contended to be fair use as demonstrative of the judge at work whilst serving on the High Court bench. Justice Brennan has also aged since the photo was taken, and no photo of him now would adequately portray him as he was when in office. The image adds a great deal to the article Gerard Brennan and is of low resolution.
