There are instances where this tag would apply that wouldn't be allowed under U.S. fair use law. For example, a magazine cover could be used to illustrate the subject of the photograph and not just the magazine itself under the provision in this law that allows one media to reprint another media verbatim in order to report on the subject of the article. And there's no requirement that something be replaceable with a free image. Nardman1 21:24, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
