Choo Freeman (born Raphael Desepition Freeman on October 20, 1979 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas) is a Major League outfielder who plays for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
On February 2nd 2007, Freeman was released from the Colorado Rockies 40-man roster.[1] On February 14, 2007 he signed with the Dodgers.
Freeman throws right and bats right.
Freeman is a very fast player with an impressive high school career, catching 50 touchdowns for Dallas Christian High School. In his overall athletic career at Dallas Christian, he helped the school win six state championship in various sports.[citation needed]
He is a cousin of Minnesota Twins Gold Glove center fielder Torii Hunter.
