Chris Mycoskie

Chris Mycoskie is an American journalist. He is a television sports anchor and reporter for WGMB and WVLA, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He first joined WGMB/WVLA in January 2007.
Mycoskie came to WGMB/WVLA from KTVE-TV and KARD-TV in West Monroe, Louisiana, where he served as a sports reporter from August 2003 to June 2004, then sports director from June 2004 to December 2006. Before becoming part of the KTVE/KARD team, Mycoskie was with KESN 103.3 FM, the ESPN Radio owned and operated station in Dallas/Fort Worth. He hosted talk shows including "High School Football Game Night" and "Texas Motor Sports Weekly," reported on local teams, and anchored local SportsCenter updates. Prior to his stint at ESPN, he was a news reporter for WOI-TV, the ABC affiliate in Des Moines, Iowa.
Mycoskie is a native of Arlington, Texas. He attended Arlington's Lamar High School and the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is married to the former Cassie Anne Craig.
