Christel Schaldemose

Christel Schaldemose is a member of the European Parliament and menber of the Committee on Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO) and the Committee on Culture and Education (CULT) .
She is 39 years old and lives in Copenhagen with her husband and 3 children (age 3 to 10). She have a master in history from the University of Southern Denmark.
She have worked professionally with adult education and popular enlightment on national and regional level. Her previous job was secretary general of the Danish Adult Education Council.
Christel has an interest in consumer- cultural- and educational policy.
