Christiana Mall
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Christiana Mall is a super-regional mall in Newark, Delaware approximately 10 miles south of Wilmington, Delaware. The mall has its own highway exit off I-95 close to the center of the BosWash megalopolis. In addition, Delaware is a retail tax free state which helps the center stay competitive.
The mall is anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, and Nordstrom (opening 2011)[1]. The mall is managed by General Growth Properties and has 1,083,000 square feet of gross leasable area[2], making it the largest of all shopping malls in Delaware.
