Christien Anholt

Christien Alexis Anholt (born February 25, 1971 in London, England) is an English stage, television and film actor best known for his role as Nigel Bailey on the television series Relic Hunter. He is the son of actor Tony Anholt.
His first film role was in the 1989 movie, Reunion, which he was nominated for Best Actor at the 1989 Cannes Film Festival. Since then he has appeared in several films such as: Preaching to the Perverted, Appetite, the 1990 version of Hamlet, and The Harpist for which he was nominated for Best Actor at the 1997 Geneva Film Festival. He has also made several guest appearances on episodes of television shows, such as Press Gang, Doctor Who, Casualty, Cadfael and Felicity. He also has acted in several television movies, and many stage productions. Shortly before his father, actor Tony Anholt, died in July of 2006, Christien married his longtime girlfriend Carly. Currently there is no other information about her. Anholt and his wife currently reside in Chiswick, England. They have no children.
