So, you want to set up a user page? Here are some ideas on how to create a user page that is easy to edit and navigate!

These are Some Ideas for helping you set up a userpage that is easy to edit and navigate

• Templatize! - If you have it all on 1 page, finding that one thing you want to change can be kind of tedious. Break them, down into sub pages and then put them on the page with a template. This can be done by {{user:yourusername/yoursubpage}}. When you do that, whatever is on "yoursubpage" will be included on your main page. This way, when you need to edit your userboxes or your awards, you can go right to the page! For example, on my main page, my userboxes and my awards are templates.

Here are some steps to templatizing

1. Create a sub page. You can do this by creating a red wikiling to [[User:yourusername/yournewfile]]. It might be a good idea to link to it on your main page, at least while you are working on it.
2. Add the content to the page. Tables work nicley, or other things. See examples of the awards template or the userbox holder.
3. Include the template on your main page. Do this by adding {{User:yourusername/yournewfile}} to your main page.
4. You should be all done! Step back and admire your work.
