Church and Oswaldtwistle railway station serves both the Accrington suburb of Church and the small town of Oswaldtwistle. The station is 9 km (5⅓ miles) east of Blackburn railway station on the East Lancashire Line operated by Northern Rail.
Situated in the middle of Church's suburban streets, the station has fallen into disrepair recently.

Monday to Saturdays, there is an hourly service from Church and Oswaldtwistle towards Blackburn, Preston and Blackpool South, westbound and Accrington, Burnley Central and Colne, eastbound. There is a two-hourly service in each direction on Sundays.
