Church of St. Trophime
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Church of St. Trophime (Trophimus) is a Romanesque church built in the 12th century. Situated in Arles, France, it features a Gothic choir added in the 15th century. Saint Trophimus, formerly a cathedral, is a major work of Romanesque architecture, and the representation of the Last Judgment on its portal is considered one of the finest examples of Romanesque sculpture, as are the columns in the adjacent cloister.
